Tallinder and a 4th

Marty looked old and slow last night, and our top guys for the most part got outplayed by our 3rd and 4th line guys. PP and PK were both awful, although they seem to be moving the puck much better on the PP so far this year. Nice to see Gio get some time on the PP, he works hard and deserves it.
Isles seem to have some really good team speed, that Grabner guy is crazy quick.
Devs are getting the shots on net now they just have to get the biscuit in the basket!

I would like to see Kovy come off the side wall and wrist it more instead of passing it off waiting for the perfect one timer more shots at the net = more chances even if there is traffic just let it go could go off anybody

I agree, seems to me that he doesn't like to get down low and mix it up.
They signed him to shoot and score goals not to pass, leave the passing to the assist guys.

Umberger's value is way higher than a sixth round pick.

You say that CBJ is set on defense yet the most obvious Devils trading chips are defensemen. What's the point of exploring this? There's got to be 20-goal guy elsewhere in the league that's more likely a candidate.

He didn't shoot enough in my opinion he is waiting to much for a perfect shot instead of just firing but that would of been ery nice for us I don't like losing in overtimes especially 3 games in a row but 1 point is better then none

Can we just forfeit all our picks at the draft unless the team has been moved? I'm sure the people in Seattle or Quebec do not want anything from this terrible franchise.

Umberger would cost NJ a young player and, to me, there's no real reason to get rid of young guys for veterans; NJ has enough veterans. They'd just be getting the Rolston-Langenbrunner situation again, a clutter of vets up front who are "out of shape".

Hey, maybe the goal Tallinder scored can up his trade value. I hope he scores two more in the next ten games so that the Devils can dump his salary. Quick, move him while he's a + player!

Ruttu from the canes wouldn't be bad either
